Users are required to meet legal age requirements, reside in permitted countries, fund their participation, use the service individually, and assume responsibility for any outcomes. KheloDesi can close accounts and report suspected illegal activities to authorities. Offenders' account balances may be frozen, withdrawals invalidated, and deposits/winnings confiscated.
Account Registration:
To engage in activities, users must register an account, providing accurate details. Safeguarding username/password confidentiality is imperative. The platform permits only one account per user, and failure to inform in cases of shared household, IP address, or device may lead to the blocking or termination of all accounts, along with the loss of associated privileges.
Account related:
KheloDesi retains the authority to invalidate transactions, citing reasons like detecting suspicious activities or technical errors. The platform strictly prohibits fraudulent, unlawful, or dishonest activities and reserves the right to block accounts. In cases of serious violations, KheloDesi may report the incidents to relevant authorities for further action.
Account Closure:
Users can close their KheloDesi account anytime by contacting support. For concerns, users should inform KheloDesi. The platform reserves the right to close accounts and refund the balance, deducting relevant charges, at its discretion. This ensures user control over account closure with responsible considerations.
Withdrawals:
Withdrawals on KheloDesi are dependent on verification procedures, adherence to requirements, and diverse processing durations. Limits and commissions may apply to withdrawal transactions. Specifically, a commission is levied on winning bets, contributing to the platform's revenue model. Also, users can enjoy two withdrawals daily at no cost, thereafter a charge applies. In the event of erroneously credited winnings, they continue to be the property of KheloDesi. This highlights the platform's commitment to precise financial transactions and ensures the integrity of the withdrawal process, providing users with a transparent and secure environment.
